Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Booking online guarantees your time and your stylist — especially for color and extensions.
How do I book?
Book online any time through our booking page. You’ll choose your service, stylist and time, and confirm in a couple of taps.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a deposit secures your appointment and is credited toward your service. New clients, and guests with a recent no-show, may be asked for a larger deposit. It simply reserves your stylist’s time just for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. See our Cancellation Policy for the details.
I’m a new client — how does the 10% offer work?
Join our list to receive your welcome code, then present it at checkout on your first visit to enjoy 10% off your first service.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes. Price ranges for our core services are published on our services page. The exact price is confirmed at your consultation, before anything begins, because it depends on the length and density of your hair and the result you’re after. See the services page.
Where are you, and is there parking?
You’ll find us inside Gulf Coast Town Center at 10029 Gulf Center Dr. F135, Fort Myers, FL 33913 — with free, plentiful parking right outside.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–4pm, and closed Sunday.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available online and delivered by email. Redeem them in the salon on any service or product.
Do you carry retail products?
Yes. Bumble and bumble. lists us as a Bb.Exclusive Salon, an authorized stockist of its full range, so we carry Bumble and bumble. haircare in the salon. Your stylist is always happy to recommend what suits your hair.

Which hair color brand do you use?
The Canterbury Color Team specializes in Wella Professionals color, from Shinefinity glosses to dimensional balayage. Our founder, Alli Canterbury, is a former Wella Professionals color educator who trained stylists across the US. How to choose a colorist.
Who does hair extensions?
Alli Canterbury, Kristen Grzegorczyk and Tori Knox, each a Bellami Master Certified stylist, place tape-in, weft and K-tip extensions. Every extension appointment starts with a complimentary consultation. About extensions.
Who does smoothing treatments?

Who cuts men’s hair?
Tori Knox is a licensed barber as well as a cosmetologist, and Nicole Spaude and Alli Canterbury take men’s cuts too. Men’s haircuts.
Do you have a stylist for curly hair?
Yes. Nicole Spaude, our Director Stylist, works with curly hair. She is a former salon owner with more than 20 years behind the chair. Meet Nicole.
What training do your stylists have?
Our founder is a former Wella Professionals color educator. Three stylists are Bellami Master Certified; Ashleigh Maki is Brazilian Blowout certified and Kristen Grzegorczyk Keratin Complex certified; Tori Knox is a licensed barber. Stylists progress through a career ladder, from Associate to Stylist, Advanced Stylist, Master Stylist and Director Stylist, with each level earned through demonstrated skill. Meet the team.
